The Book of Romans, The Gospel of Grace

Like no other book of the Bible, Paul’s letter to the church in Romans tells us of God’s boundless Grace.Though not technically a gospel but an epistle or Letter it might well be named the " The Gospel of Grace, for in it we find the great collection of New Testament writings on this marvelous doctrine, God's Riches At Christ's Expense. What wonders will still find in our day, to apply to our lives even in this modern world, in this amazing book. Paul’s Epistle to the Romans is still transforming people’s lives, just the way it transformed  those of Martin Luther and John Wesley.

The one Scripture above all others that brought the great reformer Martin Luther out of mere religion into the joy of salvation by grace, through faith, was Romans 1:17:
The just shall live by faith.”

The Protestant Reformation and the Wesleyan Revival were both the fruit of this wonderful letter written by Paul from Corinth about the year a.d. 56. May we be “transformed by the renewing of our minds” Rom. 12:2, as we walk the Roman road with the great apostle Paul. May His Grace be upon you, work in you and be poured out through you as we study together this greatest of all the New Testament letters, Paul's epistle to the Romans.
